About the event
It's not easy living with a leash aggressive or reactive dog, but the situation can be improved. First, having a good understanding of what motivates your dog and how they learn, your role, and more will help you to become much better equipped to handle the situation. But what about literally HANDLING things? This workshop will explore different equipment options, techniques for maintaining better control of your dog, and tips for handling things in the heat of the moment. Hands-on participants will work with live dogs to practice leash movement and control, training mechanics and teaching foundational skills. Due to space constraints, Hands-On opportunities are limited to FIVE participants. Remaining participants will have the opportunity to comfortably observe all hands-on activity and training.

- What's the refund policy? Refund requests received at least 5 days prior to event may be refunded in full. Requests received between up to 48hrs prior to event may be refunded at 50%. No shows and requests received within 48 hrs of event will not be eligible for refund. Credit for missed events may not be applied toward future events. Transfer of registration to another party may occur at the discretion of registrant, with written notification to event host. In case of cancellation due to weather, attendees will be notified via email of rescheduled time and date. If unable to attend the rescheduled event for any reason, refund requests must be received within 48 hours of cancellation notice. Refund requests received after 48hrs from cancellation notice may not be refunded.
