AFTER FIRST SESSION

In most cases, multiple work sessions are needed to see meaningful results, following your assessment. One month os support is included in your Assessment, but beyond that, what do you do? Change takes time. You WILL run into obstacles and individual pet quirks require adaptation. Katenna can help you. Don't "go-it" alone!

In-Person: $150

• 7 days a week, 10:00am to 5:00pm EST

• 60 mins​

• Includes relevant handouts​ and limited emails/texts for one week

• Includes up to 1 hour drive each way from the village of Lowville, NY​

• Not included but required:

  • Any parking, ferry, fees or tolls over $10​

• Max: 2hrs each way

• One 30min virtual/video session per month

• One text/email per week

• Includes session recording

• Best for highly experienced clients, long-term maintenance, etc.

• Typically utilized beyond month 4 post Assessment

E/O Week Support: $125/mo

• One 30min video/virtual session every other week (2 per month)

• Includes session recordings

• Unlimited email/text support

• Best for experienced clients, ensuring on-going progress, 

• Recommended for consistent check-ins around 3-4 mos post Assessment

Weekly Support: $145/mo

• One 30min video/virtual session per week (4-5 per month)

• Includes session recordings

• Unlimited email/text support

• Best for: newer clients, immediately following your assessment, cases with multiple pets or multiple behavior issues, establishing or maintaining progress, etc.

• Most commonly utilized during months 2 or 3 post assessment

Want more control over what your time with me? Retainer support gives you chunks of my time, to be used as you like. Maybe more video meetings, maybe less. This is a helpful option to troubleshoot, adapt and progress your work in modifying your pet's behavior. It can be helpful to know someone is readily available for support and feedback as needed. Reserve as much or as little of my time as you'd like. Retainer expires three months from date of purchase.

Light Retainer: $75

• Up to one hour of my time

• To be used as you like (ex: emailing, texting, Zoom meetings, video review and feedback, etc.)

 

Medium Retainer: $95

• Up to two hours of my time

• To be used as you like (ex: emailing, texting, Zoom meetings, video review and feedback, etc.)

 

Full Retainer: $125/mo

• Up to three hours of my time

• To be used as you like (ex: emailing, texting, Zoom meetings, video review and feedback, etc.)
